Celebration of Steven’s Life will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday April 22, 2019 at Pulliam Funeral Home in Oblong, IL. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 am until service time at the funeral home.

Steven G. Waldrop , 45, of Oblong,IL passed away on Monday April 15, 2019 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.
He was born in Robinson, IL on July 9, 1973 to Steven G. and Betty (Wierman) Waldrop Sr. In 2000 her married Amber Brashaer, they later divorced.
Steve was a member of the Oblong High school class of 1992 where he was active in FFA and Drama Club. He was also a member of the USA Gun Club and Hunting club.
He is survived by his fiancé Annette Angle, Oblong, IL; mother Betty Waldrop, Oblong, IL; two sons Steven G. Waldrop III, Oblong, IL, Thomas Floyd Waldrop, Oblong, IL,; stepsons Christian Michael Angle and Donald William Angle; one daughter Madison Nicole Waldrop, Oblong, IL. Steven is also survived by two brothers Elmer Waldrop and Bradley Waldrop both of Oblong, IL along with several cousins.
Preceding him in death were his father Steven G. Waldrop Sr., paternal and maternal grandparents and infant brother Tommy.
